Go to Publish

Once you have built your program, go to the Publish tab in the left hand nav panel

Set up

In publish click create page, give the page a name for easy reference and the hit create button

4 simple steps

In the top nav you have the 4 simple steps to publish

1. Design: Choose colours, fonts and images etc. for your site
2. Configure: Select what will appear in the site
3. Preview: Check everything prior to publishing
4. Published: Get the url for your site and share

Design

Click on the design options to either select from saved  assets or upload new assets

Once selected the assets display in the design tab

The program, performers, sponsors and exhibitors are already formatted for you…so you don’t have to do a thing there

Just add content to the home page

Display options

Click display options to open the control pop up

This is where you can change the information that will display in your microsite as well as change the names of the tabs

Microsite home page

On home page you can

• Add header and footer images
• Add copy
• Select feature performers, sponsors and exhibitors
• Add slider images with links
• Add social links
• Add footer links

Managing Registration

You can use your favourite registration platform seamlessly with Joi

Simply add a CTA button to your microsite to direct your audience to your registration site

Preview

Preview your microsite, check the content and branding is correct

When ready hit publish

Publish

The publish page gives you a number of share options

Use Copy URL for your microsite

Share

You now have a beautiful microsite to promote your event

updating your microsite

Changes always happen. No problem. Updating your microsite in Joi is quick and easy

There are 2 ways to update the microsite

1. Select the site in the publish table and click update
2. Go into the page, go to preview and click the update button
