Go to Publish

Once you have built your program go to the Publish tab in the left hand nav panel

Set up

In publish click create page, give the page a name for easy reference and the hit create

4 simple steps

In the top nav you have the 4 simple steps to publish

1. Design: Choose your colour palette  
2. Configure: Select what will appear in the site
3. Preview: Check everything prior to publishing
4. Published: Get the url for your site and share

Design

Select your colour palette for the program

If you just want to embed the program you do not need to select images, social links or footers

Configure

In Configure click Display options

In the Display options pop up switch off the tabs you do not need. In this case we only want to embed the Program and speakers, so we will turn off Homepage, sponsors and exhibitors

CTA Links

You can add CTA (call to actions) buttons with links to useful sites like registration or further information

Preview

In Preview you can see exactly what the embed code will contain

Once you are ready click publish

The publish tab will display a number of options for sharing the content.

For the embed code select embed

Emed code

Once you click embed the embed pop up will open

Simply copy the embed code into your chosen site and you now have a program that will always be in sync

updating your embedded sites

Changes always happen. No problem. Updating your micosite in Joi is quick and easy

There are 2 ways to update the microsite

1. Select the site in the publish table and click update
2. Go into the page, go to preview and click the update button
